Our Mission Statement:

We will be a company that makes a difference.  We will give to suicide prevention and mental health causes.  We will give back to the sports we support.  Finally, we will give back to our Ex²tremists (our community of customers).

• Suicide prevention and mental health: Our founder has struggled with anxiety and mild depression. He has watched family members and friends struggle with depression over the years.  Tony had a family friend who committed suicide, leaving Tony wondering to this day if he could have done more to help that person.  Mental health is often viewed as a taboo subject that most want to avoid, but it canaffectanyone.  This includes the rich and famous.  Look at the list of famous celebrities who have taken their lives through suicide.  To the outside world, they had everything.  Internally, they didn’t feel that way.  Ex²treme will give back 5% of our profits to this cause.  We believe it should start with the youth, because it is often when the mental health struggles begin.

• Extreme Sports: There is synergy between extreme sports and mental health causes.  Most, if not all extreme sports are individual sports.  They require a lot of mental energy from a person.  The mental side includes both facing your fears and being prepared to compete with gnarly competition.  That is where the synergy lies.  I know at school, my friends didn’t understand BMX racing, but they understood basketball and football.  I didn’t talk a lot about my racing because most of my friends didn’t understand what it was.   Most professional athletes make millions, while the extreme sports athletes make thousands or less.  Ex²treme wants to help this cause and donate 5% of our profits back to professional purses.

• We call our community of supporters, Ex² Our mission is to be the first brand to bring athletic casual wear to extreme athletes and fans of extreme sports.  When you purchase our products, you support a company whose blood runs thick for the sports.  We don’t apologize for what we stand for, nor do we set out to appeal to those who participate in “stick and ball” type sports.We provide products with the purpose to show you have a love for extreme sports.  Wearing other athletic brands doesn’t provide your identity as an Ex²treme sport enthusiast.  As a loyal Ex²tremist, we want to give back to you with contests that will allow you to win cool prizes.  It’s our way of thanking you for your support of our brand.
