We are Ex²treme Squared, and we are unapologetic about being a lifestyle brand for ex²treme sports (action sports).  We believe that extreme sports don’t get the attention they deserve.  When we speak to someone about BMX racing being an Olympic sport, the average person has no idea it is part of the Olympics.  They are even more surprised to learn that it has been in the Olympics since 2008.  Why wouldn’t they be surprised.  It is often shown at odd times and get little coverage.

Most people don’t know that former BMX racer Jeremy McGrath has won 72 - 450SX main events (AMA Supercross).  Let’s jump into NHRA drag racing.  I would guess there would be some non-fans that may know who John Force is.  But would they know who has won the most NHRA pro stock finals?  The answer would be Greg Anderson at 99 wins.  At a cocktail party, ask for a show of hand if they know who Nino Schurter is?  Just a multiple world cup and world champion mountain bike athlete.  None of these folks are household names like Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Tom Brady, Barry Bonds, etc.  What we like to refer to as the stick and ball sports.  But to Ex²temist*, they are equally as important.

Some brands may add a couple initials to their logo and impersonate being a brand for our lifestyle.  Others, just try to be a brand in our community as an afterthought.  Simply a means to making additional revenue. They are team sports – traditional sports brand at their core.  That is not who you are.  We at Ex²treme believe that effort falls short in helping you proclaim that you are not the traditional athlete, nor a fan of the more well-known sports and superstars of those sports.  You love the same sports that we love, and both of us want to support and help grow these sports.

Our brand is for the ex²treme sports athletes, families and fans.  We believe that you should have a brand you can wear that identifies you as who you are, someone that is passionate about the non-traditional sports, the individual sports.It’s time that a brand steps up and helps fill that void for you.  It not that you don’t work well with a team (or maybe you don’t, lol) but you have an inter-will to win based on your own efforts, skills, and drive to be competitive.  Truth is you are every bit the athlete that the well know traditional jock are, you just don’t get the recognition nor the pay that they do.  We are here to support each other in a very authentic way.

Our founder fell in love with BMX, MX and drag racing at a very young age.  Although there was a large gap in his participation in any of these sports, he never stopped following them.  Now that he has been reunited with “his first love” of BMX racing, he has realized there is a need to step up and create this lifestyle brand for his brothers and sister that share the same passion.  You can read further how Tony intends to help the sport and mental health causes under Our Mission page.  To end our about us, we are a brand that with your help, we will help promote and grow the sports we all love.  We ask that you wear the Ex²treme apparel to show support, help identify your passion, and see that the ex²treme athletes get the support and recognition they deserve.   Live Ex²treme… & Then Some!
